Session terminations are usually a result of automatic timeout due to inactivity.
The session can only measure activity by page submits (i.e. going to new page, save, cancel, etc.)
and does not monitor typing of characters. In addition to inactivity, session terminations may
be the result of a session error or using the browser 'Back' button to access the previous page.
